Post that Sujan moved to the US and we had Rooh. Baar Baar came post Rooh. I had been keenly watching his creations.
Baar Baar is back in Delhi for a 6-month pop-up.
What to Expect – Indian food with no gas, foam, and drama on the table.
Food – Kashmiri duck kulcha is excellent, highly recommended. The jackfruit tacos has an excellent homemade flavour. Baar baar fried chicken was crisp outside and moist inside and perfectly done. Chicken liver and liquid bheja pate served with kaftan is another must-have dish.
Churros is simply outstanding.
