Vibe certainly the most happening skybar in Gurgaon and also has the most gorgeous view in town. It’s on the rooftop of the hotel next to their stunning swimming pool and it’s a treat for the eyes.
This wasn’t my first visit to the Hilton Garden inn, Gurgaon. I have been there couple of times and Executive Chef Sunil is certainly very talented. His knowledge on regional food and especially Rajasthan cuisine is impeccable.
My first experience at Hilton was earlier this year when I went for Sri Lankan food festival that was organized at their all day dining GlassHouse. It was certainly my one of the best meal of 2016. My next was when they hosted Rajasthani food festival, which too was a memorable meal. You will read soon about them in my best meals of 2016.
The beautifully decorated table instantly impressed me. Their inhouse sparkling cocktail was a fresh way to start the day. Buffet was well spread. It had lot of salads, live grill station, sushi and cheese, apart from Indian section for mains and also Lebanese
Hotpot section was one of the highlight of the Sunday brunch. An interesting street food from Singapore had lot of fresh vegetable in little spicy broth. Satay is then added, simmered for some time and then served. A very light and refreshing dish which can be used both as an appetizer and for the main course as well.
We also had cocktail making session as few folks tried their hands on the cocktail. Bubblegum cocktail was one of the interesting cocktail that I enjoyed.
For the desserts, there were some excellent doughnut and gajar halwa popsicles. My favourite was the crisp jalebi and doodh ka laddu (milk laddu).
I would highly recommend this Sunday brunch which is at a very affordable price, scrumptious spread and you can enjoy along the stunning view. You will simply fall in love!
