Winters are good for people who love eating out. This is also the time when we see a lot of festivals that are being held around the city. Well, I am not referring to just weekend festivals, but the ones that are hosted by star hotels. Sharing some of the festivals which I have been part of and I strongly suggest that you should visit them for sure.

Chef Rakesh who has specially flown from Hyatt Hyderabad along with Corporate Chef at Hyatt Delhi Anil Khurana have recreated the royal food of Hyderabad for Delhi. After the first leg of Dine Like Maharaja’s series, the rockstar chef of Dilli 32, Chef Ashwini has come up with the taste of Nizams. As I always say Chef Ashwini is the finest indian chef we have in delhi. With each festival not only he is getting better but we also learn a lot from him. The ongoing hyderabadi food festival is result of his extensive research on the food from Nizam. The entire setup, music, food – everything is just excellent! Seekhampuri and patther ke kebabs were outstanding. His interpretation of Haleem and Ghost biryani was imply superb! His food is always above your expectations and each time he raises his own bar. The array of desserts needs another visit to the hotel. I had one of the best phirnis here. Khajoor ka halwa and khoobani ka meetha should not be missed as well
