Park Plaza has been there for a long time in Noida, Sector 55 and I have gone there to dine on various occasions. After the rebranding, we were invited to review their all day dining restaurant Creative Kitchen. Though nothing much has changed the only thing that has taken a step further is my expectation. Radisson (even though it was Mahipalpur) has been one of the first 5 star hotels where I started dining out as a kid and therefore I have a very deep connection with the brand and the name does take me down the memory lane.

I can only comment as far as the lobby cum bar and all day dining restaurant is concerned as I did not look any further. The waterfront outside the restaurant, like before, is beautiful.

One of the games ‘Food Equation’ required us to guess the ingredients of any starter of our choice and the other game ‘The Dessert Quiz’ required us to guess the name of a dessert by listening to its translated name. We participated in a Pasta cooking completion too and instead of going for the red or the white sauce, which the other teams did, our team went for Basil Pesto sauce and totally rocked it. The fun activities along with soothing weather and chilled white wine made the day perfect. When it comes to hospitality, Radisson never disappoints.

As usual, desserts were my favorite part of the menu.

I am hoping they’ll come up with some good food festivals which are the forte of Radisson. Only then they will be able to fully exploit their all day dining restaurant’s name The Creative Kitchen.
