Royal China – A Must Place If You Love Chinese

Chinese restaurant with exceptionally brilliant view and some really good food – not Punjabi Chinese or any heavy influence of north India – Royal China is the place.

On the 16th floor of Eros Towers in Nehru Place,(opposite to the epicuria which is the new food hub for south delhi) Royal China is operational for more than 6 years.  I have been told that their dimsum lunch is quite popular along with their set lunches which I believe is good value for money. This place has a long list of royal patronage that vouches for the good food being served.royal china nehru place , maneesh srivastva food and lifestyle blogger and photographer, mysticfoodiemantra.com

The menu is not just extensive, but tempting too! I would suggest to discuss with your server on your preferences as else you might end up taking longer to decide.

While browsing the menu, I noticed a separate dimsum menu and also dimsum lunch. Let me tell you that their dimsums were absolutely delicious and are one of the best in town.

There are just 2 brands of Indian wine on their extensive drinks menu. They should definitely add more variety of Indian wines.

A simple clear chicken soup with lot of pokchoy to start our meal, was followed by array of dimsums. The crunch of pokchoy and the light broth made the soup delicious.royal china nehru place , maneesh srivastva food and lifestyle blogger and photographer, mysticfoodiemantra.com

Dimsums were outstanding. Thin outer layer, lot of stuffing and hot serving with some great dips. If you love dimsum then you will enjoy and cherish the food!

Fried Soft corn curd is one dish which you shouldn’t miss even if you are hardcore non-vegetarian like me. And another one was exotic vegetable tossed in soya – absolutely delicious!

I don’t like chocolates, but loved the chocolate mud cake.

Royal China is a must visit for all who love Chinese cuisine!
