Food has always been essential part of our life, though a decade ago it wasn’t a major highlight of various events! It was limited to our home kitchens. Thanks to our Chefs like Sanjeev Kapoor, who actually was the first chef to showcase his talent in Media in India.

Things have changed a lot and we should thank Master Chef Australia as that created interest and propagated a new career avenue! Travel too has helped people understand different cuisines, flavour and presentation. Social media and live events have created awareness about engagement between customers and brands, building relationships, earning trust, developing influence and managing reputation. They’re both fuelled by interaction and conversation.
