The very first question that I had asked Mr. Masud Samandari when we met him at the L’opera outlet in Epicuria Centre in Nehru Place, was that in spite of no bakery culture, how did they manage to open almost 10 outlets in last 7 years. He smiled and said “ we were quite confident of our product, our quality and were very sure that after trying our products you will come back again and will vouch for it. “
Kazem Samandari is the Executive Chairman of the French bakery company which runs L’opera in the Delhi/NCR. His production unit at Noida is a class apart, equipped with best machines. Every section of the unit is not only designed well but follows best practices. Their bakery section, cooling unit, pastry unit – everywhere you will find high end imported machines. After nearly spending 2 hours in the unit, one can confidently vouch for the high quality products which are backed by well-equipped unit and well trained staff. Having worked with couple of manufacturing units, for setting up their processes and quality control systems, I can assure that the system and top quality processes followed here, results into consistent and best product. The quality of L’opera is also greatly dependent upon the quality of their ingredients. Every product here has great taste, visual appeal, and convenience. Staff here understands their ingredients and the imported equipments facilitate to produce baked goods of superior quality. Each ingredient has a specific role to play in enhancing the quality of the final products.
We tried lots of stuff and relished each of them. I loved Lemon tart and my other favorites were Mille Feuille, L’Opera classic chocolate, the Baguette Sandwich Ham and Eggless Mushroom Quiche.
