I have been very much inspired from Jamie’s 15 min recipe. They are not only very easy to prepare but also delicious, healthy and a complete meal in itself. This is one of the dish which is inspired from his recipe.
I have tweaked it a bit as per my taste and hoping you will Enjoy this!
Chicken inspired from Jamie Oliver’s 15 min recipe
Chicken – boneless 400gms(thigh), cut into small pieces
Beans – 150 gms
Broccoli – 150 gms
Raddish leaves – 4 large pieces
Red Wine – 200ml 
Garlic – 5-6 pods…finely chopped
Ginger – 5gms – finely chopped
Black Pepper and salt according to your taste.
Steam chicken with pepper and salt for about 6min in microwave. Take out the chicken and do not throw the stock.
Blanche all the veggies for 2-3 min and them keep them on tray so that moisture dries up a bit. Now sauté them and keep them aside.
In a pan take 2-3 spoon of extra virgin olive oil. Add ginger and garlic….wait till they turn golden, now add chicken and sauté for 5-6 min. Lower the flame and add salt, black pepper,  wine and Cover it with a lid. Allow it cook for 10 minutes and add the chicken stock. Increase the flame and cook for 5 minute s and add sautéed vegetables
Cook again for about 6-7 minutes or cook until you attain the kind of consistency in the gravy you would like to have (and it can be dry or maybe juicy which the stock will render)
Season it with chopped parsley and Serve it with Garlic Bread
